Local delivery allows a buyer to reduce shipping costs by receiving delivery from the seller in person.
After purchase, the buyer must contact the seller within five business days of their purchase to coordinate a delivery date and time. We will share the buyer and seller contact information so that you can coordinate a convenient time for delivery. Failure to coordinate local delivery within five business days could result in a cancellation of the order. The seller must ensure the item is prepared and available to deliver at the agreed-upon location, date and time. You will receive a Verification Code to present seller at time of local delivery.
We ask that the buyer inspect each item fully before completing a local delivery. All sales final once buyer takes possession of item. If you decide to cancel the order, you or your agent must reject the item at the time of delivery from the seller. Do not accept the curbside delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you did not accept the item and would like to initiate a return.
If you're interested in local delivery for an item that is not marked as such, please contact us. We'd be happy to find out if local delivery is possible.
