One & Done FAQs
One & Done is an optional program sellers may use to give their listings more visibility and increased exposure. Items opted into the program will be cross-listed on both Chairish and other selling venues. Our current partner platform is eBay, with more venues to come soon. What are the eligibility criteria for Chairish sellers?
We are determining seller eligibility criteria now via our beta testing program. A final set of seller criteria is available in 4-6 weeks.
One & Done Eligible Items
Items eligible for flat rate shipping and items with Free Shipping may be opted into One & Done. Items requiring White Glove shipping are not eligible at this time.
Flat rate shipping is appropriate for smaller items such as most accessories (lamps, linens, pictures, art, rugs, pillows, etc.) and some small furniture (stools, small tables, etc.).
Items must also have a reserve price set, and their current price must be within 15% of their reserve price.
Opting Your Listings into One & Done
Opting your listings into the program is a snap! You can quickly and effortlessly upgrade some or all of your eligible listings from your One & Done management page.
Because of the nature of the technology partnership, opted-in inventory is listed under the Chairish name in a Chairish branded store, rather than under your own seller name.
Buyer Questions & Sales
All offers, questions, sale notifications, shipping instructions and payments will be routed through Chairish. The advantage of One & Done is to make Chairish a simple one point of contact for all your selling platforms.
One & Done Commission Rates
Listing on Chairish is always free and there is no fee to opt into One & Done. Items opted into One & Done will be subject to a slightly increased commission rate. An additional 5% commission will be charged on the first $2500 of any sale amount. Sale amounts above $2500 will be charged 25% for first $2500, then retain Chairish's existing commission tiers for remainder of sale amount.
- Amounts less than or equal to $2,500: 25% Commission
- Amounts between $2,501 - $25,000: 12% Commission
- Amounts greater than $25,000: 3% Commission

Pricing Across Partner Venues
Pricing will be consistent across all selling venues. However, pricing on partner venues may be the sum of your Chairish asking price and the flat rate shipping price.
When you mark an item down on Chairish, that price reduction will be reflected across all selling venues and will update automatically.
Sales on Partner Venues
You’ll receive all the normal post-sale communications from us, regardless of where your item sells.
Shipping & Payment
Chairish will continue to manage all the pesky logistics of shipping and payment for One & Done. You will be paid by Chairish under our standard payment terms.
Vacation Hold on Partner Venues
Chairish Vacation Mode settings will be reflected on your One & Done management page. You can find our Vacation Mode setting on your My Listings page. For Vacation Modes set in advance, items will be opted out of One & Done at the date your vacation begins, and opted back into One & Done the date your vacation ends. For Vacation Modes set last minute or changed, you will need to manually Opt Out and Opt In items on your One & Done management page.
