Dealers often get requests from interior designers to put products on hold so that they have several days to get approvals from clients. Allowing holds on your product listings will increase the likelihood that your item will be purchased by a designer.
Similar to how an offer can be made on any product, all products are automatically eligible to receive hold requests. You always have the right to deny a hold request if you do not wish to grant this option. Hold requests will be displayed on your seller dashboard (under My Listings) like an offer would. Designer initiated holds will automatically expire in 48 hours.
As a Dealer you may also choose to place one of your items on hold. This feature is located within your seller dashboard (under My Listings) in the status column.
