Chairish Trade Benefits - Extended Returns Program
14-DAY EXTENDED RETURNS PROVIDED FOR ALL QUALIFYING TRADE PURCHASES
Benefits of Extended Return Policy
The Extended Returns program provides Chairish trade members with:
- 14 days after delivery to initiate the return of an eligible item*
- No restocking fees
- Direct access to customer service 7 days a week
*To be eligible, all items must be returned unused and in the original condition received. The Extended Return benefit will be invalidated if the item is believed or determined in Chairish's sole discretion to have been used for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots, displays, shows, etc) or for any reason other than product evaluation during that 14 day window. Only available for qualifying purchases. Please see below for exclusions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Chairish trade members have 14 days from the time of delivery to contact Chairish Trade Support to initiate a return. Once we confirm that the item has been returned to us, you will receive a refund for:
- Cost of the item
- Taxes (if assessed as part of the order)
- Any non-shipping fees
The cost of outbound shipping and return shipping will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
Note: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify Chairish within 48 hours of receipt.
How do I purchase an item with an Extended Return?
The Extended Returns program is offered exclusively to Chairish trade users who are signed in with a valid Chairish trade account. For a limited time, Extended Returns will be free of charge for all Chairish trade members for all qualifying purchases.
Extended Return Restrictions
Extended Returns do not apply on:
- Custom/Bespoke/Made-to-Order items
- Items where Local Pickup was utilized instead of shipping
- Items with an original list price below $30
- Items with an original list price of $50,000 or above
- Items that are broken after receipt. Chairish must be alerted of any broken items within 48 hours of receipt.
