OFFERS and COUNTER OFFERS:
If you decide to counter a buyer's offer, the funds for the original offer will be released to the buyer.
If the buyer accepts your counter offer, the buyer's card will be charged the counter offer amount.
If you are selling more than 1 of the same item, offers for multiple quantities will be displayed as a subtotal offer for the quantity selected by the buyer. Your counter offer should also be a subtotal price for the quantity of items selected, rather than the counter offer price of one individual item for sale.
Offers will be sorted by product, date of the offer (if there are multiple) and highest price first for ease of selecting your preferred offer.
RE ENGAGEMENT of OFFERS:
If you previously declined an offer and would like to see if the buyer is still interested, you can do so for up to 30 days after the offer was declined. On your “Offers” page, locate the offer you’d like to re engage and click “I’m willing to accept this offer for $x”. We’ll notify your buyer via email and their To-Do List.
