The rule of thumb is this: something that is antique is also vintage, but something that is vintage is not necessarily an antique.
Vintage is a general term for anything that is from another decade (around here, we consider vintage to be anything that was made more than 20 years ago).
Antique refers to an item that is 100+ years old.
Both of these terms are general, the title of your listing will benefit more from including the specific decade of the item rather than ‘vintage’ or ‘antique’.
Newly-made items that are made to look older, should never include Vintage or Antique in the title, which could be misleading about the true nature of the item.
