This article describes how Trade Program members can link their account to a firm in order to pool Trade Program Rewards.

Linking to a Firm
As an added benefit to design firms, Chairish will pool purchases made by Trade Program members who work for the same company to maximize Trade Rewards earnings.
To earn Trade Rewards with your firm, you must be a current Trade Program member and use your company email address to login to Chairish.com.
To join a company, follow the steps below:

If you don’t currently have an account or aren’t a Trade Program member, sign up here.
- Make sure that you use your company email address when creating an account.
- To update the email address on your existing account, navigate to your Account Settings, update the Email Address field at the top of the page and then click the Update button to the right of the field.
- We’ll send a verification email to you after you’ve updated your email address. You must verify your email address before you can redeem Trade Rewards on behalf of your firm.
NOTE: When you join your firm, any Trade Rewards you earned as an individual will be merged with the company, to increase the size of your group Trade Rewards. Click here for more information on redeeming Trade Rewards.
Viewing Firm Members
To view other Trade Program members in your company, login to Chairish using your company email address and navigate to the Seller Dashboard. Click on your company name at the top of the page. A pop-up will open showing you who is currently linked to your firm.
Purchases by any of these members will contribute to your firm's Trade Rewards, and any of these members have the ability to redeem rewards on behalf of the firm.

Changing Firms
If you have changed companies and wish to earn Trade Rewards with your new company, log into your account and update your email address under your Account Settings to your new company email address. We’ll send a verification email to you after you’ve updated your email address. You must verify your email address before you can redeem Trade Rewards on behalf of your new company.
Earning Trade Rewards as an Individual After Joining a Firm
If your account is linked with a multi-member firm/company, you and your colleagues earn Trade Rewards as a team. You can only earn rewards just for yourself if you are the only account linked with a firm/company or if your account is not linked with a firm/company at all.
If you no longer wish to earn rewards with your company and want to earn as an individual instead, log into your account, access your Account Settings, and update your Email Address to a personal email address (ex. Gmail, Comcast, Yahoo, etc.).
