Chairish does not offer gift cards for sale, however, we do accept outstanding Chairish gift cards for payment on valid purchases. We changed our gift card processor and have issued new gift card codes to be used for purchases on Chairish. On May 16, 2022, Chairish notified all active gift-card holders of their new gift card code. If you did not recall receiving this updated code, please check your spam folder.
To redeem your gift card, simply log into, or create a Chairish account. Once you are logged in, you can enter the your gift card code on the checkout page when purchasing from Add to Cart. Gift cards cannot be used with the Make an Offer option.
As a reminder, here are the terms for using your gift card:
- Limit one gift card code redemption per day, and is only valid when using the email address provided for the recipient, at the time the gift card was purchased.
- Gift cards cannot be combined on a single purchase.
- If the gift card balance amount is not fully used on a single purchase, the gift card code may not be used on a subsequent purchase. Chairish will issue a new gift card code for any remaining balance of the gift card.
- Gift cards cannot be applied retroactively, to completed purchases.
- May be used toward any “Add to Cart” purchase and cannot be used toward any “Make an Offer” purchases.
- Gift cards can only be applied to the item cost.
- Please log in or register for an account to redeem your gift card.
Q: My gift card is not working. What do I do?
There are a couple of reasons that your gift card code is not working.
- Gift cards can only be redeemed using the email address of the recipient, provided at the time of purchase. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with the gift card, you may reach out to the purchaser of the gift card, and request that they reach out to Chairish to update the recipient, or Chairish Support can reach out to the purchaser on your behalf.
- If you believe that there is a balance on your gift card, and you are logged into Chairish with the email address used to purchase the gift card, you may be using the original gift card code. Please verify that you are entering the replacement card code, and not the code that you originally received at the time of gifting.
- Have you used a portion of the gift card recently, and have not yet received want to keep shopping with the balance before your new gift card code is generated? Please contact us at support@chairish.com, to expedite the new code.
