Items being shipped from outside of the continental United States can only be shipped via Seller-Managed Shipping and is coordinated entirely by the seller.
- Chairish-Managed Shipping does not ship from outside the United States.
Parcel items should be shipped within 3 business days of sale; larger items and furniture should ship within 15 days. Please keep in mind that transiting customs can cause shipping delays outside of the control of Chairish or the seller.
Sellers are responsible for all fees, duties, and import taxes. If you are presented with a charge at delivery, please send a photo of your receipt to support@chairish.com and we will reimburse you.
Per the Chairish Return Policy, buyers are responsible for the cost of outbound and return shipping on returns. Once an item is in transit, it cannot be cancelled as shipping costs have already been incurred.
