While we recommend finalizing your delivery details at the time of purchase, we understand that plans can sometimes change.
How Address Changes Work
Once an in–home delivery order is in transit, a change of address requires our Shipping & Logistics team to coordinate with the Transport Service Provider (TSP) to see if they can accommodate the new route.
The following fee schedule applies based on the distance between the original delivery address and the new delivery address:

| 30 – 200 Miles | $250 |
| 200 – 500 Miles | $350 |
| 500+ Miles | $500 |
Note: In any instance where a transfer to a new carrier is necessary, the minimum fee is $250 regardless of mileage.
If the current carrier does not service the new area or cannot reach it within their current schedule, a transfer is required. This involves moving your item to a secure storage facility where a new carrier will be assigned to complete the delivery.
- Fees: In addition to the mileage fee, a flat administrative fee of $250.00 applies to all transfers. This covers the original carrier’s completed mileage, storage unit fees, and the dispatching of a new carrier.
- Timeline: Please note that a transfer typically adds 2–4 weeks to the estimated delivery window.
If the address can be updated before the carrier picks up the package, there may be no fee; however, some sellers or fulfillment centers may charge a reprocessing or relabeling fee for late changes. We will notify you if any charge applies.
How to Request a Change
If you need to update your address while your order is in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our team will review your order's current location and provide you with an invoice for the applicable fees. Please note that delivery cannot be completed at the new address until the invoice is paid. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be subject to return, and applicable shipping, administrative, and storage fees may apply.
