This article describes how you can view your purchase history on Chairish.

Viewing Your Purchases
Your My Purchases page can be found by clicking on the Heart icon in the top right corner of the page and selecting My Purchases, or by clicking on the My Purchases link on the left side of your account page.
Purchases are sorted by status: those that are still open, and those that have closed because delivery is complete. Within the Open tab, you can also see the shipping status of each item within an order.
To review a full invoice of your purchase, click the Details button next to the right of the order.
Troubleshooting
Unable to Complete a Purchase
If you are encountering issues when attempting to complete a purchase, first confirm that you are logged into your account. If a Login button appears in the top right corner of the Chairish page, you are not currently logged in. If you are logged in, please try clearing your browser cache, closing your browser completely, and trying again. You may also want to try using a different browser (ex. Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

Order Not Appearing Under My Purchases
If your order is not appearing on your 'My Purchases' page, please first confirm that you are logged into the Chairish account the order was placed under. Some firms have multiple users with multiple accounts, and it is possible the order was placed under a different email login.
If you submitted an offer, please note that sellers have 72 hours to review offers and then either accept, decline, or counter the offer. The order will not appear on your 'My Purchases' page until the offer/counter offer is accepted by both the buyer and seller. You can view the status of your offers, including when they expire, by navigating to your 'My Offers' page. For more information about offers, click here.
If your order was placed using the “Continue with Apple” option, you may need to log out of your account and then log back in using the “Continue with Apple” option before your order details will appear in your purchase history.
Did Not Receive Order Confirmation Email
If you did not receive an email confirming your order within a few hours of completing your purchase, please login to your Chairish account and check your 'My Purchases' page. If the item is not listed there, your order has likely not been completed. See above for reasons that may be.
If you see your order listed on your 'My Purchases' page, then your order was submitted successfully. Please then check your email spam/junk folders to determine if your confirmation email was routed there.
If you are new to Chairish or have recently updated your credentials, you may also want to confirm that the email address associated with your account is correct. You can do so by navigating to your 'Account Settings' page.
