This article describes how buyers can determine the shipping method of an item before and after making a purchase.

Prior to Purchase
Prior to purchasing an item, you can see the shipping methods available by clicking on the Calculate Shipping Costs link under the Details section of the item listing.
In the example below, this item uses Seller-Managed shipping, or can be picked up from the city listed.
In this example, the item can be sent via Chairish-Managed shipping, Seller-Managed shipping, or can be picked up from the city listed.
After Purchase
When you complete the purchase an item from Chairish, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and listing the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Didn't receive a purchase confirmation email? Click here for troubleshooting steps.
You can also view the shipping method my logging into your Chairish account and navigating to your 'My Purchases' page. Click on the Details button to the right of the applicable order.
Items shipped via Seller-Managed shipping will say 'Seller Managed Delivery' in the Shipping Method field.
Items shipped via Chairish-Managed shipping will either list the carrier's name, or say 'Pending Shipment' in the Shipping Method field.
