Our Production Team will review all submissions to ensure everything is running smoothly and to let you know if any adjustments are required.
- If edits are required, our Production Team will notify you via email, advising that the listing is Incomplete, and include feedback on the edits needed. Once our Production Team confirms that your listing content is compliant and complete, we will let you know that you can proceed with more listings.

Consistent newness is helpful to be successful on Chairish.
- If you have an assortment of 300+ items, it is helpful to submit these in smaller batches to ensure your listings remain in our New Arrivals collection for a longer period of time.
- If you would like to discuss an appropriate cadence for your assortment, please contact us.

Currently, Chairish has a $50,000 price limit.
- Any items submitted with a price over $50,000 will result in an error, and the listing cannot be uploaded.

If you already have active listings on Chairish, please be cautious of submitting duplicate SKUs.
- Duplicate SKU submissions will receive the error message “SKU already exists on Chairish" and will not be uploaded. If you need to adjust your listings, you can do so via the 'My Listings' page within your Chairish Seller Dashboard.

As a reminder, Reserve pricing is a required field.
- Reserve pricing drives our Private Offers which are some of our highest converting emails. You can set this pricing within your Uploadify account. If you need to update your Reserves you can do so in your Chairish Seller Dashboard.
