About Curatorial Review
Once you've submitted a listing, it is sent to our Curators for review. During this time, the status of the listing will display as 'Pending Review' and the item can be found under the 'Pending' tab on your 'My Listing' page.
During review, our Curators:
- Evaluate each item for fit
- Optimize listing titles for SEO compatibility
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of categories, style tags, description, and all the other details
- Remove the background from the Primary Image
If our Curators need additional information from you or need you to make edits to your listing, you will be sent a email with those details and your listing will be placed in an 'Incomplete' status.

Price Support Requests
Fair market value is something our Curators consider in the listing review process. If we determine that an item’s value is misrepresented, we may request more information from you.
- Click here for guidance on setting item prices.
When curators request support for your price, please provide objective documentation that supports your asking price. We use your documentation for internal verification during review.
Acceptable price support:
- Links to comparable works sold at similar prices (dealer sites, galleries, auction results, online marketplaces)
- Auction house records
- Invoices or receipts
If you don’t have a receipt, provide other documentation such as historical sales of the same maker/model, reputable dealer comps, or published price results.
Share links or files directly with Support or your curator thread. These materials are used for internal verification and are not automatically posted on your listing. After review, we may update the listing details if needed.
