Accessing Your Listings
View your listings in all states by navigating to your My Listings page within your Seller Dashboard. Here, you will have access to your drafts, as well as your active, pending, incomplete, inactive listings, and sold-out listings. Click on any of the tabs to view or manage your listings in those individual states.
- The number next to the state name indicates the number of listings in that state.
Active Listings (Listed for Purchase)
For active listings, there are some edits you can make on your own, and some that will require the assistance of a Chairish staff member.
Edits you can make on your own include:
- Lowering the Price
- Adding additional images
- Updating your description
- Updating your dimensions
- Adding shipping dimensions
- Adding/Removing the Local Pickup option
Edits that require the assistance of a Chairish staff member can be sent to support@chairish.com and include:
- Updating the main/primary image.
-
Updating an item’s attribution.
- While you are able to make edits to the brand field on your own, we ask that you kindly notify a Chairish staff member if you do so to ensure that your item is accurately represented, and searchable across all fields.
- Changes to the number of pieces offered in a listing for a set.
If you would prefer to make these edits to the listing yourself and would like to have the listing placed back into a 'Draft' state, you can deactivate it, make the edits, and re-list the item. The item will go through Curatorial Review again when it is re-listed.
How to Edit Active Listings
To edit a listing, click the Edit link under the listing’s title:
For active listings, you can also go to the main product item page and click the Edit Listing button in the top left corner of the page.
Please note that some edits may prompt an additional review by our team before the listing is reinstated to the site. Typically these edits have an effect on shipping or inventory.
Depending on when your listing was originally created, you may need to complete a few extra steps on the listing form before you are able to save your changes. You will receive error messages to direct you to the new required fields that will need your attention.
Primary Image Updates
Your primary image (also called the lead photo, hero photo, or main photo) is the first photo shoppers see on your listing and in search results. If you want to replace it or promote another photo to the primary position, we can help. To learn more about primary images, including steps on changing a primary image, click here.
Draft Listings
You can edit any field at any time while your listing is still in a 'Draft' state.
Keep in mind that once a draft has been submitted for review, it cannot be moved back to your drafts. This means that you will not be able to raise the price, nor will you be able to make changes to the main image, among other edits.

Pending Listings (Pending Review)
You will not be able to edit your listing while it is in a 'Pending Review' state. This state indicates that the listing is currently queued for Curatorial Review.
To have updates made a listing that is currently in the 'Pending Review' state, please contact production@chairish.com. Our team can either make the updates or move the listing back to a 'Draft' state so that you can edit the listing.
Incomplete Listings
You can edit all fields while your listing is in an 'Incomplete' state, with the exception of raising the price. Once you’ve made your edits, you must resubmit the listing for review.
To learn more about incomplete listings, click here.
Inactive Listings
The Inactive tab is for listings that have expired, were deactivated, or were declined.
- If a listing is expired, you can make edits to it either before renewing it or after it has been renewed, Though we generally recommend updating the listing before renewing the item. To learn more about expired listings, click here.
- If a listing is deactivated, you can edit it and reactivate it at any time. To learn more about deactivated listings, click here.
- If a listing has been declined, you will not be able to edit or resubmit the listing. If you have questions about your declined item, please reach out to production@chairish.com.
Please note, if your listing was originally published before January of 2023, we recommend that you edit your listing before renewing to update any fields that have been added to the listing form. While this is not a requirement to renew your listing, all of these fields will boost your listings’ accuracy and/or discoverability!
Declined Listings
If your item is declined by our team, you will not have the ability to edit or resubmit your listing. If you have questions about your declined item, please reach out to production@chairish.com.
