This article describes how you can open and manage your Shop as a seller on Chairish.

Opening Your Shop
Before you can launch your shop, you will need to create an account.
Once your login is complete, you are ready to create your Profile. Your Profile is a great way for buyers to learn about you and your shop, and is a crucial first step in gaining a following!

Updating Your Shop Profile
Your Chairish shop is visible to all Chairish users, and some aspects of it can be customized. Filling out your Shop Profile is a great way for buyers to learn about you and your shop, and is a crucial first step in gaining a following!
- Login to your Chairish account.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the Shop Settings link on the left side of the page.
- Update your Profile information:
- Display Name: Your display name is displayed on all of your listings as well as your shop page.
- Shop Description: Your shop description can be found at the bottom of your shop page. Buyers will check this out to learn about you, your shop, and what inspires you, so we encourage you to get creative!
- Avatar: This is your profile picture - we recommend either a picture of you, or your logo. It will be displayed next to your display name on your listings.
- About Image: This image will appear just above your shop description. You can use this to show a picture of your shop, a room you've designed, or imagery that evokes what your shop is all about.

Public Shop URL: You can choose a custom URL to make it even easier for your shoppers to find you. Keep in mind, though, that this can only be set once, and once you select a custom URL it cannot be changed.
- Once your updates have been made, click the Publish Profile button at the bottom of the page to make them viewable.

Curating Your Shop
If you are a member of our Elite or Plus Seller Plans, you can arrange the first page (48 items) in your shop to ensure your favorite items appear first.
- Login to your Chairish account.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select My Shop from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the My Settings drop-down at the top of the page and select Curate My Shop.
- Drag items from the panel on the left side of the page into the shop space in the center.
- Click on an item in the center of the page and drag and drop it to a new location to change the order in which the items appear.
- Hover over an item and click on the Top or Bottom buttons to quickly move items to the top or bottom of your shop.
- Once you have your assortment perfected, click the Save button on the right side of the page to make sure your changes stick.
