This article describes the various menus you will see when logged into your account as a Seller on Chairish.
If you are having trouble signing into your account, go to our reset password page, and follow the instructions after entering your email address.
This article contains the following sections:
Seller Dashboard
The Seller Dashboard is your hub for listing management. You can access your Seller Dashboard by logging into your Chairish account and clicking on your name in the top right corner of the page and selecting Dashboard from the resulting drop-down menu.
Once there, your To Do List will display in the center of the screen with various menu links listed down the left side of the page. Scroll through the rest of this article to learn more about each of these menu links.
To Do List
Your To Do List contains items that need your attention. This includes offers you've received, hold requests, messages you've received, and orders that need shipping updates.
Your To Do List will also display suggested actions that you may wish to take relating to your Seller account, such as updating your Shop Profile, or your tax information.
Messages
This page is where you can manage messages that you've sent and received through the Chairish Messaging feature, whether you are buying or selling on Chairish.
At the top of the Messages page, there are three tabs:
- All: All of your messages.
- Selling: All of your messages sent and received in relation to selling an item on Chairish.
- Buying: All of your messages sent and received in relation to buying an item through Chairish.

Buying Menu
In the event that you also purchase items on Chairish, you can view your purchases and offers under this menu.
- My Purchases: This page displays a list of all of the items you've purchased on Chairish.

My Offers: This page displays the offers and counter offers you've made in pursuit of purchasing an item on Chairish.
- This page will differ from the Offers page that displays under the Selling Menu, which reflects offers and counter offers you've received in pursuit of selling an item on Chairish.
Selling Menu
The options under the Selling menu are the key pages where you will manage your item listings, sales, offers, etc. on Chairish.
- Create Listing: Clicking this link will take you to the listing form, which you can fill out to list an item on Chairish. For more information about Preparing to List an Item, click here. For step-by-step instructions on completing the listing form, click here.
- My Listings: Your My Listings page is where you can manage all of your item listings, whether they are active, in a draft state, etc. You can learn more about accessing and editing your listings here.
- Offers: This is where you can view and manage offers and counter offers that you make and receive. For more information on Offers, click here.
- My Sales History: Your My Sold Items page is where you can see a list of all of the items you've sold on Chairish. The panel along the top of the page will display the number of listings you have in various shipping and payment statuses. You can use the Sold Date Range field to narrow down your list to a specific date range. You can click the Download button on the right side of the page to download a CSV of your sold items.
- Payment History: This is where you can review the Seller Payments (payouts) you've received from Chairish for the items you've sold. For more information about Seller Payment Processing, click here. For more information about the Seller Payment Schedule, click here.
- Promoted Listings: Promoted Listings ensures your items are highlighted with premium placement and maximum visibility. For more information on Promoted Listings, click here.
- Seller Badges: Seller Badges are a great way to advertise your shop outside of Chairish, and easily send visitors directly to your shop. For more information on Seller Badges, click here.
Settings Menu
The options under the Settings menu is where you can manage all of your account settings, for both buying and selling on Chairish.
Account Settings
The Account Settings page is where you can manage your general account information, such as your password, the email address associated with your account (which you use to login), and your name.
This is also where you can manage your various addresses. To add a new address, click the Add New Address button on the right side of the page. Enter the address and check the box next to the type of address it is.
- Billing: The address associated with the credit card(s) used on your Chairish account.
- Primary: The address that will be used to locate your shop and is designated as your default address until another address is designated as such.
- Return: The address where your sold items will be delivered in the event of a return.
- Shipping: The address where you would like items you've purchased to be delivered.

Pickup: The address that where items can be picked up by buyers if you are offering Free Pickup as a shipping method. This address can also be edited on the listing form directly if you have an item that is being picked up from a different address. If you need to update the Pickup Address for all of your draft and active listings, click the Update Listings button at the bottom of your Account Settings page.
You can edit an address by clicking the Edit link below it. You can remove an address by clicking the Delete link below it.

Payment Settings
This page is where you can input your account information in order to receive your seller payments (payouts). You can also enter your billing information for any purchases you may make.

Seller Plan
The Seller Plan page will display the Seller plan you are currently on, along with your commission rate, and any additional benefits.

Tax Settings
At the top of the Tax Settings page, there are two tabs:

- Seller Tax Settings
