You can review an item once it has been marked as being delivered. You should only mark an order as delivered once you or your designated receiver has the item in hand.
There are two ways to confirm delivery and review your purchase:

- Look for a delivery confirmation email from us. It contains a link to confirm delivery and leave a review.
- Look for a delivery confirmation email from us. It contains a link to confirm delivery and leave a review.

Via your account
- Login to your Chairish account.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select To-Do List from the drop-down.
- Click the Confirm Delivery button to the right of the applicable item.
- After confirming, choose Leave a Review to share your feedback.
If you can’t find the email or the task is missing from your To-Do list, check your spam folder and verify you’re logged in with the same email you used when you purchased the item.
If you're still unable to locate the email or ask, contact us and we’ll re-send the confirmation link.
Once you click the link to leave a review, a new window will open. Select an overall rating for the item on a scale of 1 (worst) to 5 (best).
An additional page will load that will allow you to rate specific aspects of the item and then write a review. You also have the option to upload photos of the item you received. Once your review is complete, click the Submit Review button.
