To reduce the number of unavailable items on site, and to maintain the stellar reputation of all of our sellers, one of kind/vintage listings must be renewed every 60 days, and non-vintage listings every 120 days.
Listings with no seller activity, such as markdowns, edits, or counter offers, require renewal to remain active on Chairish. Every two weeks, an email is sent to all sellers who have items expiring soon.
You’ll have one week to renew these items, which can be done quickly and easily from the Expiring Soon tab of your My Listings page.
Listings that are not renewed within a week of receiving the email will expire. If you inadvertently let one or more listings expire, no need to worry; this is a temporary state. You may renew any listing even after it expires from the Expired Inactive tab of your My Listings page.
You may also renew items by marking down the asking price, which will move your item back to the New Arrivals collection.
If a listing is expired and blocks edits, relist the item and update the image in your Drafts before re-submitting. Support can guide you through relisting if you need assistance.
Pro tip! If your listing was originally published before January of 2023, we recommend that you edit your listing before renewing to update any newly added fields. While this is not a requirement to renew your listing, all of these fields will boost your listings’ accuracy and/or discoverability!
