For your protection, sellers are not paid until after we confirm the delivery with you. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to let Chairish Customer Support know that you would like to initiate a return. Additionally, the Chairish Buyer Guarantee always has you covered in the event that your item:
- Does not arrive
- Is damaged during transit
- Is entirely different than what you purchased
- To be covered by the Chairish Buyer Guarantee, you must pay for the item(s) using our secure payment platform either online or via our mobile app.
- Bespoke and custom made orders are not covered by the Chairish Buyer Guarantee.
- For Local Pickup and Local Delivery orders, all sales are final once the buyer, or the buyer’s agent, takes possession of the item. The 48-hour return policy does not apply. See here for more details on our return policy.
