Pending Review is a status associated with your listing once you have submitted the listing to our Curators. The review process and the general timelines associated are explained below based on your Seller Plan.
CONSIGNORS
Submitted listings will be reviewed within an average of 7 business days from the time of submission
PROFESSIONAL SELLERS
Submitted listings will be reviewed within an average of 5 business days from the time of submission
PLATINUM + ELITE SELLERS
Submitted listings will be reviewed within 2 business days from the time of submission
During this time, our curators evaluate each item for fit; optimize titles for SEO compatibility; ensure the completeness and accuracy of categories, style tags, description, and all the other details; and ensure the background is removed from the main image, etc.
Any listing that has been marked as "Incomplete" is subject to the same review timeline, once the listing has been updated + resubmitted. These are listings where our Curators requested additional details. We always email you with details about the request.
You can find any "Incomplete" listings under My Listings when you are logged into your account. The additional information requested is displayed at the top of the page. "Incomplete" listings always take more time to make it through the publishing process. For more information, click here.
