This article describes how sellers can renew listings that have expired, or are about to expire.

About Listing Expirations
To reduce the number of unavailable items on site, and to maintain the stellar reputation of all of our sellers, one-of-a-kind/vintage listings must be renewed every 60 days, and non-vintage listings every 120 days.
Listings with no seller activity, such as markdowns, edits, or counter offers, require renewal to remain active on Chairish. Every two weeks, an email is sent to all sellers who have items expiring soon.
After you receive your renewal email, you’ll have one week to renew these listings.
Soon to Expire
You can view the listing that are due to expire soon by navigating to the Active Listings tab on your 'My Listings' page and clicking on the Expiring Soon button at the top of the page.
To keep the listing from expiring, click the Renew button to the right of the applicable item.
Already Expired
Listings that are not renewed within a week of receiving the email will expire. You will receive an additional email advising you of the expiration.
If you inadvertently let one or more listings expire, no need to worry- this is a temporary state.
You can quickly renew an expired listing by navigating to the Inactive tab under your 'My Listings' page and clicking on the Expired tab at the top of the page. From there, you can click the Renew button to the right of the applicable item.
Markdowns
You can also renew items by marking down the asking price, which will move your item back to the New Arrivals collection.
Editing an Expired Listing
If a listing is expired and you are unable to make edits, relist the item and update the image in your Drafts before re-submitting.
Please note, if your listing was originally published before January of 2023, we recommend that you edit your listing before renewing to update any fields that have been added to the listing form. While this is not a requirement to renew your listing, all of these fields will boost your listings’ accuracy and/or discoverability!
