Chairish® Drop Off & Go
The Chairish® Drop Off & Go program makes packing your item(s) hassle and worry-free. For a fee ranging from $7 - $65, depending on the size and fragility of the item, Chairish sellers may opt-in to the Chairish® Drop Off & Go program and a professional packing expert does all the work, making selling online easier than ever.
All items shipped as part of the program will also be insured against loss and damage.
How It Works:
- On Your Chairish Listing: Select the Chairish® Drop Off & Go option when creating or editing listings for eligible items. A flat fixed packing cost, ranging from $7-$65 per item based on size, will be displayed when you opt your listing into this program.
- Shipping: When using the Chairish® Drop Off & Go service, print your Chairish packing slip, UPS shipping label, and the Drop Off & Go instructions and take them, with your item to be shipped, to your nearest The UPS Store® franchise location. The UPS Store® will take it from there.
- At Payment: The packing fee is deducted from your proceeds.
What items are eligible?
Most small and mid-sized parcel items are eligible. If your listing is eligible, and you select Chairish arranged shipping, the option is available during the listing or editing process.
If you don't see the option on your listing, your item is not eligible for the Drop Off & Go service.
Selecting Drop Off & Go:
When creating a listing, the option to select you will be presented with the option for eligible items.
To add Drop Off & Go to an active listing, select "have Chairish arranged shipping," "fits in a box," and if your item is eligible for Drop Off & Go, make that selection (instead of "pack it myself"). Seller instructions after an order has been placed:
- To locate the nearest UPS Store®.
- Go to theupsstore.com/locations, enter your address information, and choose the most convenient location.
- Or call 800.789.4623 and request the nearest The UPS Store®
- When you arrive at The UPS Store® location:
- Hand your item to a UPS Store® employee. Do not leave your item unattended on the counter.
- Provide the UPS Store associate with the packing slip and shipping label provided by Chairish.
- Let the associate know that the packing charges have been prepaid and they can verify the prepaid packing code located at the bottom of the shipping label. The instruction sheet will provide them with additional details.
- Once verified, be sure to collect a receipt as proof of handoff.
- The UPS Store® associate will pack and ship your item(s).
