What is Chairish® Drop Off & Go?
The Chairish® Drop Off & Go program makes packing your item(s) hassle and worry-free. For a fee ranging from $7 - $65, depending on the size and fragility of the item, Chairish sellers may opt-in to the Chairish® Drop Off & Go program and a professional packing expert does all the work, making selling online easier than ever.
All items shipped as part of the program will also be insured against loss and damage.
How It Works
- On Your Chairish Listing: Select the Chairish® Drop Off & Go option when creating or editing listings for eligible items. A flat fixed packing cost, ranging from $7-$65 per item based on size, will be displayed when you opt your listing into this program.
- When the item sells: A shipping label, packing slip, and instructions will automatically be generated that can be accessed from your 'My Sales History' page. Labels will be generated within 1 business day of the item selling. For more information on accessing shipping labels, click here.
- Shipping: Print your Chairish packing slip, UPS shipping label, and the Drop Off & Go instructions and take them, with your item to be shipped, to your nearest The UPS Store® franchise location. The UPS Store® will take it from there.
- At Payment: The Drop Off & Go packing fee will be deducted, along with our commission, from your seller payment. The buyer is only charged the standard shipping fee. To avoid unexpected fees, you can pack the item yourself and drop it off, which avoids packing charges. You can also use Drop Off & Go, but include the anticipated packing fee in your item's listing price so it's accounted for upfront.
What Items Are Eligible?
Most small and mid-sized parcel items are eligible. If your listing is eligible, and you select Chairish-Managed Shipping, the option to select Chairish Drop Off & Go will be available on the the listing form.
If you make the correct shipping selections and don't see the Chairish Drop Off & Go option on your listing form, your item is not eligible for the Drop Off & Go service. See below for more information.
Selecting Drop Off & Go
When creating a listing, you will be presented with the option to select Chairish Drop Off & Go for eligible items.
- Under the 'Shipping & Packing' section of the listing form, select the Have Chairish Arrange Shipping option.
- Then select the Fits into a Box option.
- Select Chairish Drop Off & Go as your packing option.
- If the Chairish Drop Off & Go option is not there, the item is not eligible for Chairish Drop Off & Go.
- If the Chairish Drop Off & Go option is not there, the item is not eligible for Chairish Drop Off & Go.

Dropping Off Sold Items
Once your item has sold, follow these instructions for dropping off your eligible items:
- Find your nearest The UPS Store® location.
- Go to theupsstore.com/locations, enter your address information, and choose the most convenient location.
- Or call 800-789-4623 and request the nearest The UPS Store®
- When you arrive at The UPS Store® location:
- Hand your item to a UPS Store® employee. Do not leave your item unattended on the counter.
- Provide the UPS Store associate with the packing slip and shipping label provided by Chairish.
- Let the associate know that the packing charges have been prepaid and they can verify the prepaid packing code located at the bottom of the shipping label. The instruction sheet will provide them with additional details.
- Once verified, be sure to collect a receipt as proof of handoff.
- The UPS Store® associate will pack and ship your item(s).
Troubleshooting
Unable to Select Drop Off & Go on the Item Listing
You must select Have Chairish Arrange Shipping and then Fits Into a Box before you will have the option to select Drop Off & Go.
If you have selected both of these options and Drop Off & Go still isn't available, then the item is not eligible for Chairish Drop Off & Go.
